Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"James Dumpsters 404 936 5420
I retained a dumpster from this company and from the beginning of doing business with them, I could see they were not doing business from a place of integrity, nor were they professional in their word. I called and texted them multiple times requesting that they exchange the dumpster as it was full. I gave them a five day notice before the first dumpster needed to be removed. A week later the dumpster still had not been exchanged. I then informed them that if they did not REMOVE the dumpster promptly that I would have to do business elsewhere. They cost me money, due to having workers scheduled that could not do their job because I did not have the empty dumpster that they promised me, but never provided me with. I then informed them that I would give them 24 hours to remove their dumpster or I would begin legal action against them. They still did not remove their dumpster from my property. I called again, their voice mail was full as usual, and I left another text message stating that at this point, I consider the dumpster as being abandoned, due to them NOt picking up the dumpster. All the while slowing down the renovations on the property because their dumpster had been sitting on my property for over a week, FULL. I informed them through text that I intended to file a police report the next day to file an abandoned dumpster left on my property and I would have another company remove the dumpster and send them the bill. As of this day their dumpster still remains on my property. If necessary, I will dispute the charges on my credit card, because at this point they have cost me money trying to do business with a company that has NO business ethics.!"
