Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I called HP about my nonworking, printer. I selected Tech Support from their menu. I was informed that I needed to but new printer. Thinking I was dealing with HP, I order a replacement specifying clearly that the new printer had to be the same size or smaller than my old one, Officejet 6400. On 8-2-12 they sent me an Officejet 8600 that is much too large. I have been trying to get them to have UPS pick up this printer and credit my MC card $247.99. I have been getting the runaround. Iyogi sent me a mailing label with an invalid tracking number that they had used on another order. For the last two weeks, I have been promised by various Iyogi staff, many times, that I would get another mailing label with a valid number. The name of one staff member is Anurag Bhasin. he promised me that he would see that this matter is resolved to my satisfaction. To date, 8-20-12 I have not received the mailing label, nor have I had a phone call with an update. My resolution: Oyogoi must have UPS pick up the printer and credit My MC in the amount of $247.99. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I cannot afford to drop this matter."

    We have provided the desired resolution to the issue you were facing. You had requested that we have the product picked up and that you be given a refund.

    The product was picked up on August 22, 2012 and the refund was processed on August 23, 2012. The refund normally takes 5 – 7 business days to reflect in the account and should already be visible in the your account.

    We hope that you can confirm the receipt of the refund to the PeopleClaim Team and that you will allow for this complaint to now be removed from their registry as we have complied with both your requests, for resolution.
