Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"A Bend Oregon Marketing Agency, www.intrepidforward.com, signed a contractor bid agreement with me, Digital Motion LLC for detailed SEO strategy work to a number of clients. The owner of the agency, Kelly Walker and I had a personal falling out. From that date forward, all of the contracts I was still owed payment on were stalled and or I have still not received payment on, months later. Kelly and Andrea Walker of Intrepid Forward Marketing are both now claiming clients have been disappointed with work and they have had to credit client's money they had been paid. I was never paid in the 7 day window our contract details but client dissatisfaction and credits are dated months later. Intrepid Marketing claims I did not perform SEO implementation on a clients website. They are correct in that, as I was only contracted to create SEO and digital strategy and a competitor analysis. I delivered on all levels, on time and even went back to this client 2 times for 2 hours to train and discuss future contract options to do the SEO implementation.

After the falling out, Kelly Walker still refuses to collect from clients and pay me for services I performed under the contractor bid agreements. In addition, I have been in touch with one of the clients in question and have documentation from the client showing full payment on my work and contract had been made over 4 months ago. I have still not received payment and both Kelly and Andrea Walker have said in a number of emails, the clients have not paid. I have proof and they are clearly not telling the truth.

I have been willing to take payments and work with Intrepid Marketing in Bend Oregon, for many months but continue to get stalled on payment with nothing but excuses. One week an email was forwarded to me from a client saying how broke the client was and that they would pay as soon as possible and then a few weeks later Intrepid Marketing sent me notice that that same client was dissatisfied and by the client/agency agreement, they were not going to pay. Intrepid went on to say they even had to credit the client for the work the client had previously paid on and were now canceling payment to me. Which is it? They paid or they did not pay? One week the client cannot afford to pay and weeks later they still have not paid but are dissatisfied and Intrepid marketing is crediting them. None of these details line up and clearly other clients have been paid while Intrepid Forward Marketing in Bend Oregon says they have not and continue to stall and cancel payments to me.

I have sent all related invoices to Intrepid Marketing. They have paid me just $500 of the over $2300 owed, but refuse to tell me which client the $500 payment is for."
