"They are holding funds from me $7,256.00 I'm small business, they been holding all my credit cards transactions I can keep processing transactions with my credit card terminal and they don't toll me a amount they going to hold and until when. My bank account is in red they keep trying to charge me fees, are coasting mi every day from $150 to $200 in bank charges I call and told them please stop those charge you holding money from me plenty and you overdraw my account almost every day. No one listen to me the worse today, every day some else respond that do not know whats going on and the customer services account representative hang up to me. Almost two years and six month getting their feet and percentage they are theft with license no consideration to working class and staff the learn pretty good the book not sense of comund sences"

  • This organization appears to be in violation of many federal and other disclosure laws by failing to sufficiently identify themselves on their self-serving chargeback form after they have withheld your businesses' funds wrongfully. They also fail to engage in any intelligent or good faith communication about the facts to resolve any dispute also in violation of federal law. They try to hide behind so-called privacy concerns but really are trying to make it more difficult to sue them. Sue them anyway. Make them show up in small claims court first then file in USDC if necessary. Also file complaints with every regulatory agency such as Treasury, FRB, CFPB, FTC. DOJ, etc.
