Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I spoke to the manager gary at hungry howie on 14219 w.Walsingham Rd #v Walsingham village plaza.I was making an attempt to order their specialty and as i was requesting information on all his specialties an the prices for them an the sides he began mumbling saying things like omg hes taking forever and then making negative comments about me to his employees an then rudely told me i need you to hurry up I have other customers and I have a business to run I can't talk to you anymore call me back when you have your order and he said this each time I called back with my order an each time i called back he told me to order online or hurry up and place your order as i was telling him what my order is and redundantly interrupted telling me each time hurry up i have a business to run and other customers to serve I called him back at least 5 times with him saying the same thing before he hung up the last time and then decided to have an attitude with me saying if you're not going to order anything I need to let you go and i was telling him my order an he just ignored me an then decided to argue with me when i told him i didnt appreciate his attitude, impatience,rudeness, and patronism and that he needs to be more patient ,polite an have a better attitude an tried to justify it by saying ive been listening to you for 15 minutes well it wouldnt have taken that long if he had kept his mouth shut an he kept acting like he didnt even want to help me in the first place by groaning an snapping at me saying what is it order i need to go an i didnt even get what i ordered he asked what sauce would you like for the wings an i said bbq wing sauce an instead i got blue cheese dressing an when he asked what dressing would you like for your salad an i said honey mustard an instead i got greek dressing oh an when he asked would you like sauce for your breadsticks i said yes and instead i didnt get any sauce for the breadsticks at all an i was so upset an furious i couldnt stop crying the whole night after that phone call i couldnt even eat the food i ordered i was so traumatized he humiliated me and embarassed me"

  • In this situation, because you feel that the customer service you received was lacking, perhaps contacting the corporate office may assist you in getting some resolution. This particular company is apparently a national chain, and because of that they should have a corporate headquarters that can handle complaints such as this, if the local store is not paying any attention to your complaints.
