Claimant says:
"I contacted Home Depot c/o Rick Case Weston Branch. For an estimate on a sun room. The driver of the truck and trailer was advised NOT to enter driver via a small bridge with trailer. The driver stated to my hired-hand that he was a good driver and not to be concerned. Estimate was given. Driver reversed out of driver and damaged a freshly build bridge wall.

Contacted Home Depot who confirmed that the matter would be taken care of. Home Depot contact Venetian Builders. www.buildwithvenetian.com, michelle.c@veneteianflorida.com, 866-596-2427, fax 866-234-5522. Venetian Builders' General Manager Michelle Castillo, General Manager confirmed the damage and were only prepared to pay $200.00. The estimate to replace the repaired bridge border and made threatening remarks and to accept this measly offer of case closed.

Do not like being lied to; stating that driver returned, entered canal to retrieve broken wall and tried to replace it before it was noticeable
Please help resolve this amicably first before I go to an attorney.

My offer of $200.00 was accepted by your representative, at this point, we are still willing to adhere to the agreed upon offer. If this is not acceptable to you, I am not willing to pay one penny more. Please do not contact us for any further unless it is to accept our more than generous offer.
