Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"An original order was places with Home Depot for Shutters.  They contracted with a company  to service the order.  The shutter were not made per my instructions to the sales person.  The Shutter company refunded part of the cost for the shutter and stated that Home Depot would process the remainder of the refund.  I have not been able to speak with anone from Home Depot other than a customer service representative.  I do not have any merchandeis, I dicovered that the shutters were not made per my instruction, so they were not left by the installer.  The compamy said originally the I would have to sign a waiver to have the shutters constructed per my instructions to the sales person.  Later they informed me that they could not produce the shutters per my specifications.  Home Depot responded that they would not remove the charge from my card. 
The company that Home Depot contracted with to provide the service issued a credit for $510.00 of the $1490.00 total charge
The sales person wrote an 18 month intrest free charge, however Home Depot is allowing only 6 months without interest.  These charges are for merchandise that I do not have.  "
