"To whom this may concern: I Trishanna reside at Holly Heights Apartments. I've been a tenant for 3 months and I've dealt with some rude, disrespectful individuals in management since I've moved in. They have talked to me like im a lil child and look down their noses at me and it's just me and my son. I'm a single mom working and surviving for me and him. In the past 4 yr that I've lived out on my own I never dealt with any type of office management in my life. I had an incident where I broke my finger, had surgery,was out of work for 2 weeks. I explained to them my situation n why I wasn't going to be on time with my rent for that month so I said I would be able to pay the 16th of june thinking check would be right n my sick time would be in be it wasn't. I had hospital bills and it became hard. I went to pay them on the 25th of june she explained to me that I was getting ready to get eviction filed on me and that I should've called and I said to her my situation and then she kicked me out the office without handing me my reciept told me that she would deliver it at my house but she delivered me a notice saying I owe 50 dollars mind you my rent is $450.00 considering this my 2nd time being late that means that $500.00 was rent n late fee why am I getting charged two late fees in one month?? I AM BEING MINIPULATED, VERBALLY HARASSED, THREATENED TO BE EVICTED, I'm a good tenant, I don't bother people, I go to work and come home and take care of my child. I was even told they have the neighbors watching me and for what?? I CAN'T TAKE IT ANY LONGER, SOMETHING'S GOT TO GIVE AND I HOPE I GET JUSTICE ON THE THREE MANAGEMENT LADIES AT HOLLY HEIGHTS APARTMENTS.."
