Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"on may 31,2013 I sandra taylor purchased a honors weekend for my 3 daughters and one of there best friends. in there package includes breakfast for 4 and late check out at 2 pm. they arrived june 1, and suppose to check out june 3, at 2 pm. on sunday morning june 2, they were told they did not pay for breakfast ,only gold and diamond members recieve breakfast.not true they explained there room was booked under the honors club member ship.they were sent away. at midnight a lady name cheryl went to there room and told them there room was not paid for they would need my credit card or leave, again my daughter calls me at 12.30 midnight I called the hotel and spoke with a man he said the room was paid for or only one night and they bought a econd vechicle and my credit card was denied. not true I pulled up my bank account two seperate tranasactions was taken from my account 368.32 and 200.00 makeing a total of 568.32. also valet parking was paid for in cash. I called the hotel on monday morning to complain spoke with a nice lady name samatha sent her my Reservation confirmation my honors weekend confirmation and my banking info showing that my daugters weekend was paid for and what was included in the package. after hangeing up with her waiting on a phone call from the director of the hotel his name is john.my daughters call again a say mom they still want let us eat we wre sent away again .are they doing this because we are black. john was very nice but this hotel made my daughters graduation weekend a liveing hell they were treated like trash finally at 10 am they were giving breakfast tickets and they were under the door, now you tell me if they were white children were they have been treated this way.you try and give your children something nice and it takes a few pople to destroy it. my husband choose the hilton because of its rep, and safety, as a parent what would you do had you recieved a phone call 12.30 at night .they live in lake county but this hotel was ready to put them out the room. while i was on the phone with the director of the hotel they were still being treated like crap. a very upset mother because my daughters graduation gift ruined by the hilton. very sad."
