Claimant says:
"I purchased a 64" Samsung Plasma TV and the extended warranty. I purchase this particular TV for its features. HH Gregg's warranty department replaced the mother board in this TV, and this did not solve my problem. HH Gregg then took the TV to their shop. Upon the return of the TV, the problem was not solved. More importantly, Technician #1 wrote on my receipt, "new part still not fixed TV." After returning the TV from the shop, Technician #2, which was their Lead Technician, wrote on my receipt, "But wireless still does not work." I requested the return of my funds for the Extended Warranty. I completed form #1 and mail it on 9/30/2013 and did not get a response. Later, I mailed a second request by way of certified mailed, asking for the return of my warranty funds, and I still have not received a response. I know that HH Gregg received the certified mail because they signed-off on it on 11/2/2013. The TV cannot be fixed according to HH Gregg, therefore, what good is the Extended Warranty? Please help me. Have HH Gregg to cancel my Extend Warranty and to reimburse the funds. Thanks! Invoice #108984 and 109052."
