"We had a $13,500 roof put on two years ago. We have a leak and have tried to get in touch with the roofer for the two years to get him to repair the leak and sign a wind mitigation form for insurance. We know he gets our calls because his answering machine will state that it is full from time to time. We have been by his place of business which seems to be an empty building. All this to no avail."
