Claimant says:
"The property address is 2070 Nw 29th Ave Ft. Lauderdale Fl 33311 the complaint is against Haven Brooks homes. For the past 11 months since I moved into this home there has been nothing but problems. From infested incest's, rodent, damaged wall, bed bugs, broken A/C, horrible pluming jobs such as water leaking from the bathroom into the kitchen, clogged bath tubs and leaking kitchen sinks. Due to the A/C being broken the light bill had been increasing a large amount to 600 dollars. The home company (Haven Brook) says that they will take care of it and they are now backing out of the agreement. We had to dispose of most infested furniture the kids have had to take multiple doctor visits. The stone path in the backyard had been damaged and unsteady to walk on. We have done a numerous amount of changes and repairs to the house although it all seems to be getting no where due to the set backs and unresolved problems. There are also numerous code violations against this home."

  • We have major damages we have no bed had to throw them away all of the beds kids don't anything to sleep on all our furniture had to be throw away because they are still rodents and bedbugs the house is so infested they will not renew our lease we have no money to replace everything and they don't want to pay or fix the problem.
