"I had a verbal agreement with Greg Madrigal ,owner of OLD SCHOOL AUTO BODY. I agreeed to pay him $1500 in CASH as he had requested. I am 74 yrs old and my car is a
1973 XR7 Mercury Cougar. I left my car with him on Monday April 29, 2013 and he agreed
the cosmetic repair woud take 9 days..(he does not work the weekends). Long story short I attempted to communicate with him to learn of progress with NO RETURN Calls...I finally picked up my car on Wed May 8, 2013 to find it was NOT TOUCHED !! STILL PARKED
@ 709 E HALEY STREET, UNLOCKED & WINDOWS DOWN !!! THIS IS HIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. I DROVE MY CAR AWAY...HOWEVER MY
GAS TANK HAD BEEN SIPHONED AND I STALLED ON HW. 101. CALLED AAA & 911 AS I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. THE CHP ARRIVED SHORTLY AND STAYED UNTIL THE AAA CAME WITH A GAS CAN. I WANT MY $1500 BACK AND WOULD LIKE TO SAVE OTHERS FROM BEING CHEATED. PLEASE HELP....NORMA SUNDQUIST, 278 APPLE GROVE LANE, S.B. 93105
