"On November 2013, I took my car in for an oil change. It hasn't been 30 days since I took my car in. When I brought it in I questioned about power steering fluid. The asst. Mgr. said these kinds of cars can always use a "power steering flush" I said, oh ok well I can't get it done today. He said, ok make sure you bring it back in. Now, my car's driving horrible it feels like something is loose on both the front right and left side of my car. When I turn to the right, I get a screeching/knocking sound when I turn left it's hard to turn. I truly believe my car was pampered with due to me being a female."
