Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On Feburary 28th 2017, i placed and order for RX Glasses.I charged the cost to my Mastercard. my order number is 100711467, i tried the glasses for 2 weeks but my eyes will not adjust to the glasses, my vision for the most part is a blurr. i paid for ogden black frames $78.00 super (1.67 index super thin lenes-V-pro digital free form, scratch resistant coating, UV protective Coating, Premium Anti - Reflective coating, Free RX Card) $199.00, Transitions VI $149.00, 31-M10234-progressive progregpak-super-Vpro 1.67 HMC-trans-gray total $426.00 subtotal

on sunday april 30th i advised by email that i wanted my money back that the glasses were no to my RX because everything was a blurr.  a Dave Young of Glasses USA sent me back a reply and told me to wear them for 30 days knowing their policy after 14 days no refund. he gave me a ticket number of 763196 and thanked me for the request. i did as i was told to do and called today May 2nd 2017 and was told by the customer service agent that it was over the 14 period that i would not be able to return the glasses for refund.
I did as instructed by Mr. Dave Young and i feel that i should get my money back."

  • according to an email received , Glasses USA they found out i had been given a 30 day trial period . Glasses USA stated that they will refund my money, redo the order, or a store credit. I asked for a refund. At this point i have gotten no other responses. I did send the Glasses back on Saturday, May 20th 2017 for the refund and furnished Glasses USA with the tracking number as requested by Glasses USA.

  • Case was settled for amount I paid for the glasses. I was told that it was a misunderstanding that I had 30 days to see if it improved, which it did not.
