Hiram H. says: I tried to work within their perimeters, and i was told to wear the glasses for a 30 day period as stated in my complaint. Then, i was told by the customer service agent that, he was sorry, but it had been 30 days and i would not receive a refund. I have had to go back to my old glasses, which is not a strong enough prescription. This has been a terrible experience for me, in that i acted in good faith, invested my money into the glasses that is not obviously my prescription . I will never order anything like this on line again. This has taught me a major lesson. These are monies that i should not lose if this was a reputable company!
