Claimant says:
"I was on the internet looking for a house in Tracy. California which my friend in there said cheap
bargain and told me "let's buy it." Suddenly a pop up adds "See list of foreclosed home in California"-Free ! I click it there's nothing, but instead another adds: To see the listing subscribed, the first month trial is free. I am not interested but I want to see a sample to size up on what's going in that region of the housing market. I opted for the trial subscription to see, but will not 'till unleash I put down a credit card no., that's April 2012. I though I will be receiving a list of foreclosed home....but NONE ! I never received any trial listing of foreclosed home by any means, and I forgot about it. Then on May 2012 American Express billing I saw
a charges of $49.90 by GETFORECLOSEDHOME.COM, a penalty and interest for not paying the previous bill. I was surprised because I was out of town and I did not use my AE card, I found out that the previous charge was also by GETFORECLOSEDHOME.COM. Despite my calls to
them ( GETFORE.....) and my credit card that May & June 2012, they still charged another$49.90 and Am.Exp card accepted it. (That's the cause of my breakup w/AmExp card.) Total charges.. $149.70 to credited to my AmExp card if still open or pay me plus two penalty of $35 each.
A total of $ 219.70. Plus a warning of unethical, fraudulent internet business from gov't regulating body."

  • It's a shame that fraudulent transactions like this happened with the conivanced
    of company like American Express. American Express make money this way, they sides with fraudulent vendor like GETFORECLOSEDHOME.COM, because
    they pay more. Shame on you AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD.

  • In my life experiences and wisdom, I've seen this time and time again. The only way to get a fraudulent company to do what they're supposed to is to confront them.
