"We hired Mr. Frank Collins to remold our bathroom & kitchen Sept 23,2017 for the sum of $9500.00 It's been one complaint after the from him about pricing, and who was going to pay for what. His work habits were very poor, showing up when ever leaving when ever. Up to now we have given him a total of $4750.00, according to him he is losing money on this job, so he packed up and left an unfinished bathroom. As far as we concerned he has to finish up the mess he left behind or give us a partial refund. *** info removed*** we really do not want him back here."
