Claimant says:
"A big tree came down on my mobile home in 2008. And it took the insurance company five days after the tree came down to get out to see about it. They only gave me money to get the tree off my home and nothing else. Then they dropped me from their insurance.
When the tree came down it made the mobile home uneven, so when it rains water gets into the home and now I have mold in my home and now the floors and the sink in the bathroom are falling apart.
I have called them every two months since it happen and they since haven't done anything.
I have five other kids living in the home and they have been getting sick from the mold and mildew.They have all been to the hospital with head aches and stomach aches. I have to have my gallbladder removed, they said it from the mold and mildew. I am handicapped and I don't need to have any more problems with my health do with the mold in my home.
I have insurance that was supposed to cover my home, but they didn't pay me enough to get another mobile home, they only pay for the tree to be removed.
