Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Problem with a loan from first shore federal as it got turned down last July 2015 and they told me I had to wait 4 months for my bankruptcy time limit to hit 4 years before they would approve the loan. I waited until Feb 2016 and put in for the loan again .This time they ask me for so much more info and I gave it to them but they still turned me down again for the same reason bankruptcy. I feel that I was not fairly treatment and I also put out a lot of money just to get turned down again for the same reason. The loan info and time frame is what they ask me for and did what they told me to do. After all that went on The gave me a settlement date of March 28 th and gave this info to the seller and sales agent also. I was also given a date of the 23rd of March to sign some other papers. I went and paid for a termite inspection and treatment for over $1100.00 because them told me I need this done ASAP.
I JUST FEEL THIS BANK DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD DO WHEN I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASK ME TO DO.
Thanks Bruce Knox
I would give this Bank a ratting of -10"
