Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte 5 on July 29th 2016 from Fayetteville Kia Dealership, in Fayettevile, NC. There was an advertisement stating if you purchased one Kia you would get a second Kia for free, therefore I went to visit their site based on the ad.
I purchased a Kia Forte 5 at such an overpriced amount that no bank nor credit union would finance it, because the amount was greater than the book value of the car. I know I signed the contract, so that was my mistake. I tried to returned the car and to get my trade in car back, on the next business day, but the offer was refused.
I transferred my tag from my 2010 Ford Fusion to the new car, but was charged for new tags and I was charged with both NC Sales Tax and NC Sales & Use Tax. I have spoken to several managers, finance officer and the head of the dealership. To this date I have gotten a refund of the over charged for new tag and I question the dual charge for Sale and Sales & Use tax."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.
