Claimant says:
"I had been given Tel. # 1855261-1625 to book reservation in Rocklin Ca. due to asudden death of our relative. At the time of booking agent took my credit card and ran the charges of $251.80 on my Visa ending in 3317. I was told over and over there can be no changes to this res. or cancellations. I was concerned about this and asked if I found this hotel to be less than satisfactory then what? The agent who booked this was Sabrina and she told me don't worry expedia never books res. with "crappy" hotels. Well this was definitly an exception. I was never informed that this was a pet friendly hotel and every room is this way. I am very allergic to dog dander. This should have been told to me in the beginning. This was such a dirty hotel that the Board of Health should take a tour of the rooms. My Grandson's room had mouse feces on sheets under pillow."
