Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Agent tried to blame client for scratch which was already listed on rental agreement paper . Want people to be aware of this practice of sticking clients with damage already on their ( Enterprise") cars !! had to make second trip to the car to point out the scratches that where written on the bottom of the pre check list to agent . I told agent that he should put a notation into their computer so as not to stick the next client with his / their problem , he didn't seem interested in doing that and when we got out and into our car we watched him as he seemed to find it quite funny! I wasn't amused with this agent and would advise others to go somewhere else if possible and / or make a complete check list of all dings , scratches , bumps , paint fading / hazing , interior marks , rips , smells and anything else they may try to stick some unsuspecting customers with !"

  • I made contact with Mr. Riordon again and discussed all of his charges. In covering them from his letter and reviewing in Odyssey, he left off the airport access fees for the 4 additional days in his calculations added on top of the daily rate.
    His charges are in fact correct! He still does not agree with them from what he paid for a full week and having to pay $142.53 for just four more days.
