"Drew Lyon, Broker and Owner of Harcourt Avanti, Real Estate, CalBRE# 01459368, Jesse Salas, Realtor

One month ago I informed you in detail about the breach of contract and damages caused by your employee Jesse Salas. You ignored this all not taking care of the mistakes and retaliations of your worker. This is not only wrong it is also against the law. You are responsible for your people when they not act in good faith, using clients situations, etc.

It was clear the mistake of Salas and your company when Salas set the sale price of my house to 435K instate of the agreed 575K and you are responsible for the difference between the sale price and your wrong listing as well as Salas.

Now we go a step further with this claim publishing the case after 10 days when it is not resolved.
At the same time a law suite will be filled against you, Salas, Harcourt Avanti and Harcourt Leaders."
