Claimant says:
"I paid him 4,200 $ for 5 crowns on my left side of my mouth. It took the 4th try to get the top 3 to fit which he returned 856.00. Still could not eat on that side. lots of pain/ He said I needed 2 root canals. I wasn`t paying out of my pocket again. He argued with me. So in between this time I took out some dental thru work. He told my boyfriend, after a big argument that he would do the root canals for what my insurance covers. Which he did. I still can`t eat on that side & this all started back in August. He told me it was my mind set. Really? He yelled & told me I couldn`t have pain since there is no nerve left. I had 2 second opinions which the one told me to start off with that one tooth needed pulled. That tooth is a 1800.00 tooth. To write him a letter asking for a refund & to call my insurance co. Which I did. Well, no dentist is going to go against another & now he has contacted my second opinions & they won`t help me .He took my insurance company for another 1600. I still can`t eat. I had a melt down at work becoz of the pain. I am lost as to what to do. 6000.00 is a lot of money to me. I am still paying my loan for it. I have never ate on that side since. I have suffered tremendous over this. I talked to attorneys & no one will take it because the dentists all stick together. Please someone help me. & I could need more pulled. I have cried a lot over this. PAIN."
