Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Dear Better Business Bureau Claims Department., I'm written you this letter on a serious issue and concern problem that i had experience recently on Monday March the 5th 2012. Here are some of my serious issue and complaints. I was down in Washington DC on a regular day round about 2:50 between 3:00 pm hours that afternoon on 14th and u street taking care of just some general business. So i decent to spin some money, as i walk by a few stores in the area. At that time i came pass a Down Town Lock Room Store after noticing there display window for sales. So i decided come into this store, witch i have never been in before now. Only because i notice there sale window, that caught my eyes. Now kept this in mind, i walk in this business with my back pack on my back. I walk right by a young man, who was at the front door area with my back pack on my back. I evening stiff my bag from the front position to my back, this young man was the only person that i had seen in the entire store. I never left from the area of this store, walk over to a display wall, as i'm looking around for some assistance to help me. Now i never evening left the front area of the store, i notice no one but this young man was there. So i asks him did he was him security or a regular worker, he said to me sometime like that i'm a worker "with his hand out like do it matter" At this i ask him if he could come to aide me with a bit of some assistance. Now kept in mind there were no other employee's in the entire store at that time, at all and he wasn't wearing any name tag or uniform. But he did come over to assistance me, now i never even left the front display wall directly of him on the front. About 10 to 15 minutes later, after he was in the back of the store looking my shoes i wanted to buy. So a couple of minutes he comes back, and said to me we don't have your that size. At that moment i just kindly ask, if you could bring me different shoe size that way we could see more better the shoe fit. All of a sudden why i was sitting on there bunch, still at the front door area of the store. I notice a young lady i guess she was a employee in there, because she was back the counter area. While still talking with the young man, all of sudden the young says you need to check your bag in. I look directly at her, and said that's not a problem at all. But why did the young man asks for my bag, when i enter into this store. And i made a statement that i'm still here on the front area, and i'm sitting right here in front of you. All of sudden i then notice a few more people, who had come from some were. Why talking with this young lady, that's when there a never young lady walks over with some kind of uniform. I guess they were employee, are something like that. Because it look as if this second person who from no were was, wearing some kind of a uniform but it was really hard to see. Because she was wearing a jacket over top of her cloths, and could see a the bottom of gun a hostler. So i ask who she was, that when it really get out of hand. I said to this person didn't your parents teach you a littler more manners, then this. She all of sudden said that's my father right over there, he walks over i'm still sitting awaiting patiently. I look over at her dad, it a shame how some people don't know how to talk to others. And in a laughing manner said he could aide me with my belt, because that not how you should talk to anyone. Right at that meant she really got carry always with word from word, don't body say anything to him. The she said was her father, then walks over and says baby do what you half to do. She was play with some handcuff's you could hear them click, all sudden this young lady take out what looks like mace as she under locks it. I then asks her at that time, i hope you don't have this out for me. Now kept this in mind, i'm still sitting down at that except moment the who time while i'm recording all of this, and send to all my computer and others. And evening tried to talk to the store manager, the whole entire time. The young lady back register counter, says she's the manager right there. Now kept in mind she was watching, but never said anything as if there didn't even care at all. So i decided to asks this young lady, if i could have everyone including her's, she "manager" says to me just check your bag are else in a very unprofessional rude manner as well. That's when the young lady back the said, so what are you goner do. As the young lady who says she was security, with a jacket still covered over her cloths. Then she scrams out can everyone just stop talking to him, at that moment at i said call the police because i'm goner wait. Because i'm not a criminal, and have nothing to hide. And then the security person, i guess that's who she was. Says to u could have a bomb are something, i said would you like to look inside my bag in a very commonly manner. Why i wait for the police to arrival. So i'm filling form changes against the company with any necessary evident to back this claim up. Again thanks for your time and patients in this matter.   • Because there haven't been in form of a offer made to me, i will be persuading charges against ur company in this matter. Because of the way it haven't been handle, but ignore in a very serious unprofessional matter without any kind of concerns at all, and no recourse in terms had been made. I'm filling monetary formal charges against this company. On there unprofessional, and bad judgement in neglect of a reckless act preformed. Alone with all additional proof, and any necessary evident as well documents to back this claim up.

1. Because of no course of action has been, as well as no had tried to contact me to resolved this matter at all. Now i'm charges all concerns parties, and company involve. Apr 13, 2012 $0.00
2. Since there were no attempt made, are any kind of offer made on this matter. And there isn't any amount of monetary funds can replace, what had happen to me. There isn't any kind of a price u can put on this, it will half to be a reasonable figure made only. Apr 13, 2012 $0.00
