Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"For the last 20 years I got jobs employed via internet with oil/gas companies etc as "Internet reliable source of communications". I was unemployed for 5 years so I kept on applying seeking employment via internet through reliable recruiting agents ziprecruiters, careerbuilder, ihire, cnn work from home etc. Then I appointed as procurement manager by ceo Oliver Clark I&O trading Ltd 270 East 39th street,New York City,NY10018 Direct supervisor ceo Oliver.Clark@IandOtrading.com.......Details filed with Discover Bank since became Fraud victim on 04/06/2015. Case as follows:
Ceo Oliver Clark appointed me as company purchase manager in Los Angeles/CA....I refused to work if I have to pay money then Ceo Oliver Clark convinced me that I wouldn't be using a single cent from my pocket because he will be using company corporate credit card for purchases made with my salary and he only need my credit card to do purchases and pay wages and deposit $6000.00 into my Discover Credit Card ending xxxx9643. Discover sent me an email saying received payment $6000. As it was first experience I didn't trust ceo and called Discover representative Mike for further clarification. Discover representative told me that money is available in my account so go ahead and do business. Then with my groceries purchases statement showing $6205.73.......Ceo Oliver Clark used his company credit card Well Fargo routing 121000248 acct#7484435636 and made payment. I waited for couple of days and payment received statement still there and I thought why should I keep other people's money as immoral character. After confirming with Discover representative of payment received in my acct then ceo confirmed of receipt of his money and asked me to purchase most expensive Macbook computer 2sets to be packed and mailed via USPS to Moscow Russian Federation. CEO confirmed mailing the package then next day ceo Oliver Clark rejected/cancelled payment to my Discover credit card. Discover sent me email as payment of 6205.73 was returned/cancelled and I became a "FRAUD VICTIM"....so I rushed to Usps to get back my merchandise but usps said sorry unable to track down. I opened police report in Hawthorne and submitted receipts from Bestbuy and Usps to Discover Dispute section cyber security but Discover denied to refund my $6000.00 several times and I had no choice but kept on paying minimum $100 each month since then till present. I was a Discover member for more than 10 years and never delayed my payment bills with very good standing. Yet I suffered unemployment stress plus lost wages and precious time with so much mental tortures. Being a fraud victim with miserable life Discover only changed my old credit card to new credit card ending xxxx8437 and balances carried over to my new credit card 8437 which I am still paying with such a bad situation...Discover Credit card Bank has customer fraud protection policy and yet I was dealt very badly. So I request the authorities concerned to refund my hard earned money of $6000.00
