Claimant says:
"Their salesman lied to us by telling us they could save us money and that they would only charge us $29.99 per month. They really charge $29.99 plus 6.00 for each TV even the 1st TV. They then send us a bill for $96.00 before we have had their service for 2 months. We were only paying $33.00 for all 3 TVs before their salesman came. They offered a bunch of extra stuff of which we declined all we accepted was their basic service. Now they want to lock us into a contract for 2 years with the price going up a lot the 2nd year. How can they lock us into a contract that they have tricked us into signing."

  • Thank you for contacting us on PeopleClaim. We do work hard to make sure that the details of our services, including our agreements and pricing are clearly explained on our promotional materials. We also send out confirmation letters at the time the order is placed to make sure there is not any misunderstanding regarding the order. The additional TV fee does apply to all of our customers as we do not attempt to hide this information.

    I do need to clarify that PeopleClaim is not a direct contact to our Customer Service and I do not have access to your account information through this avenue. As such I do not have the option to look over your account or your order. We do want to make sure that your feedback regarding the person you spoke with about our service is submitted so we can make sure there are not any future misunderstandings.
