Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I keep getting calls from them for a Mark Jamison. I have explained that I do not know him, he does not live with me, and I Have no idea where he may be. I have called them a number of times to resolve this issue and yet they continue to call, wanting him to call back at 800-310-2107. It is very annoying and I would like these calls stopped. Thank you for any help you can give me."

  • I am Mary A Vanderbosch, 12680 Cottage Rd., So. Dayton, NY, 14138. My phone number is 716-801-2086 and I do not know a Mark Jameson. I am sick and tired of getting calls from your company after I have called numerous time and told your people that I do not know this person.

We do not suggest posting your personal information on a web site and is the reason we provided the email contact information. I have been able to assist with this this request. It is important to mention that DIRECTV's internal Do Not Contact list is to turn off contacts by DIRECTV (our internal list does not impact activities of independent retailers who may promote DIRECTV® services or products). This process can take a few weeks to be completed through our system, but you will no longer receive phone calls in the future, Ms. Vanderbosch.
