"Dell Computers,
I have brought Dell products forever and I will never buy another Dell  Product again. Here's the reason
I bought a brand new laptop computer from them which I spent  my time call Dell help then ever. Then the computer screen just started to fall apart I mean really really coming a part.  I had this computer under warrenty and protection plan so I sent the computer to them to fix it.  Now here is the big problem Dell could not fix it so they sent me a refurbished computer which started to fall apart also. This computer is coming apart at the keyboard.  I had to have a tech come out for another problem on this computer and he says this computer is coming apart.  I have my own home business and I need my computer so I haven't sent it back to Dell to get it fixed.  I want Dell to replace this computer with a brand new computer that is capable with the one I have.  I want this done ASAP.  After all the problems I have had with my new computer, the refurbished one and the notebook I bought from them just before I bought my new laptop.  Please resove this as soon as possible because I don't know how long this computer will last.   "

    Dell Computer Company should adhere to customer service policy and abide by warranty. The payment for time is not needed, however the customer should be given a new computer with another warranty as well as a discount of 20% on his next purchase. More...
