"Dr. David Bright filed false information with the DMV causing me to lose my license. When informed of his errors he still refused to change the report he gave the DMV. I have had to hire someone to drive me around as my wife cannot drive. I pay my chauffeur 250$ a week and i want my license restored and reimbursed for my chauffeur fees."

  • In a dispute over such a substantial amount, I would suggest that the Claimant needs to provide more details concerning this claim. While I am sure that that Dr. Bright is familiar enough with this dispute to be able to respond, any third-party seeking to help facilitate this conversation would need additional information.

    Specifically, as a facilitator, I would like to know what false information was filed, how this resulted in the Claimant losing his license, and why a chauffeur was a justifiable remedy as opposed some other available alternative.

    Not only would this information benefit those who are trying to help to resolve this conflict, it would likely also help Dr. Bright in responding to this claim. If this information were available, it could help to reveal why Dr. Bright gave this pertinent information to the DMV and it would help to foster the development of some middle ground which could form the basis of an eventual settlement.

    Until then, I think it might be very difficult to resolve this dispute.
