Claimant says:
"DavidBrent Niblett has withheld apartment rental deposits from 7 tenants that I know of= my son being one of them. He claims that $1400.00 in damages occurred during the year my son lived in his apartment. All of these claims are false. He is keeping $750 from my son and $750 from 2 more tenants that we know and $900 from yet another 3 tenants falsely accusing them of damages that did not occur. We want him stopped from taking advantage of college students at Colville Gardens across the street from UNCC campus in Charlotte NC. We also want our deposit returned to us ASAP. He refused to answer phone calls . His conduct is very unprofessional, he doesn't show up for arranged meetings, he did not repair requests in a timely manner if at all. On the invoice accusing damages, he has no way to contact him via email or phone. He only has a POBox . He never gave my son a lease agreement. He charged him for utilities which were supposed to be included. He is the owner of several apartments in Colville Gardens so my concern is how many others has he treated this way."
