Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Found the product AquaFlexin online & so ordered it off website on 4-23-14. I ordered 4 bottles for special price of $199.80. Then ordered more bottles for reduced price of $95...plus free bottle (for signing up for automatic shipping). Was ready to check out when 5 other products showed up on screen, which required a response. I said, "No thanks" to all but one--& ordered 2 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia...plus 1 free bottle (auto ship) for $78. When got to the end to see my total...it showed $670 being withdrawn from our bank acct instead of $373. They had charged me for 2 of all the other 5 products! I was in shock, knowing we did not have that much in the bank. Hurriedly, I called the 800# listed & got this lady in the Phillipines!! Couldn't well understand her, & she said she couldn't fix the problem. My husband then argued...until about 20 min later she agreed to correct the 1st order & write up a corrected order--which she did read back & which came to $372.80. However, we didn't know it would take several days to cancel the 1st order @ our bank. Thus we've now had over $1000 taken out of our acct! Also, was the time of the month when we had a # of regular charges for insurance, etc being deducted from our acct ...plus now our car payment. Thus, we've now ended up with 10+ overcharges, @ 38 each, against us! Holy cow!! Besides this, I have now received 2 pkgs--1 containing 4 bottles of AquaFlexin & 2 bottles of Heart Healthy Omega Q (not ordered), & the 2nd pkg contained 2 more bottlesof H H Omega Q (not ordered.I haven't as yet received the remaining bottles of AquaFlexin nor any of the Garcinia Cambogia. I called Customer Servive for help in resolving this mess, but to no avail. (And now, they don't even answer!) They did inform me that now I need to return what I don't want @ $9.95 per pkg. What a total fiasco!Am I the only customer that has suffered such trauma from this company??Oh yes, we now have no $ for food or gas for 3 weeks as incoming $ are being applied ot our deficits @ the bank!!"
