"On January second a driver insure by that company crash inside my property. The property had $10,000 dollars completed in remodeling. When a taxi who was hit by a car insure by Cure. Which policy is C10038657. Claim number is 1200000022. The agent Mrs Laurie Hallan told me that all thought. I have faxed the contract estimate. Which came in at $14,500. Even if the driver was at fault I could only receive $5,000 in damages. According to her there drivers are only insure up to $5,000. The agent wants my insurance company to pay for the damages to my property. Which there driver caused. The agent does not want to pay me for the days. Which I have not been able to go to work. I keep seeing that car hitting inside my house.The taxi was inches from hitting the main gas line. I am scare to go out side. I keep seeing that car almost killing me and, my hole family. The company does not want to pay for my family pain and suffering. Which was endure by this driver. My house was destroyed we were almost killed.
