"I have been forwarding copies of my bank account checks to CompUSA for 3 months to confirm payments.  I am being harassed every month via phone calls claiming that I have not made payment and threatening me with late charges.  I have been for a number of years paying on line but the company has decided to remove on-line payments as they went out of business and are now being run by PayPal leaving me with  no choice but to send checks via my checking account."

  • My bank sends you electronic checks BECAUSE YOU ARE NO LONGER PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH PAYING ON LINE. Because of your decision, customers should not be required to pay "late fees". I'm requesting that all "late fees" be deleted from my total since you received my first electronic check.

Message from Claimant: Due to the fact that COMPUSA opted to delete "pay on line" to customers, I should not be forced to pay "late fees". I had to go thru my bank to issue electronic checks.
