Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have two complaints. My first one is with my business account account #8220122012835103
In Febuary of 2012 I called to set up a buiness account. I signed up for one year, However when I called on friday July 13th tosee what my option was to close my account because the business do not take place. I was told that I had a three year contract and if I wanted to close it it would cost me over 2000 dollars. I told the man I never signed upfor a three year contract and I would like a copy of it . I was told I should have my copy. I went to look on my computer where I signed up and the infomation is closed. I can not access it.

My second complaint is my residence. I have been with comcast for 6 years my bill keep going up ad up but I have not made any chages nor do I have any movie channels. This month's bill went up to over $150.00. I called comcast and protested about the bill. I told them I wanted to cancel my service and again I get an outrageous price. I should have ben able to close this account because I am being told it is a new accunt so therefore I should not be under a contract. I want out of both of these accounts. I am being ripped off."

Message from Claimant: I recieved a copy of my business class sevice order agreement from comcast and there is n here on it states that I have a three year contract. In fact it does not havethe oe yea agreement on it ,that I throught I had sign up for. When I talk to comcast Iam told there is nothing they can do. I will have to pay the bill for three years. I need someone to iterviene now.
