Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"A realtor from the above mentioned company named Marinko Plavljanic was my representative in looking for a home to buy. After showing few homes, he became very inconsiderate expressing his discontent and disinterest in rude and insulting remarks and messages. In more than one incident he told me I could check listed homes and make request calls to see them on my own, and I did. I decided to terminate my buyer-representative contract with him. I requested he send me the termination form to end dealing with him and his company through a number of text and voice messages, phone calls, and emails, but he ignored all of them never responded. Lately, he sent a message stating that he only received one message from. Without discussing or arguing about the messages, my reply was restricted on requesting terminating of the contract. Again, I had to endure another episode of frustration and complete disregard and lack of response from him. I searched his manager's phone number and called her a number of times leaving her messages in her voice mail but she never replied. I decided to drive to the company’s address to meet with the manager. The manager was at her office when I arrived, but she sent her receptionist back to tell me that she was in a phone meeting and she would call me after the meeting. I was willing to wait, because it was a long drive and my busy schedule wouldn't allow me to make another trip. The receptionist assured me she was going to call. I had the phone next to me to avoid missing a call from the manager while I was driving back home, when I heard a message sound with no phone ringing. When I checked the phone, it was a voice message. I immediately returned the call, but she did not answer. I called several times but I kept getting a recorded message stating that she could not answer my call. The last message stated that the office was closed.
I couldn’t understand the behavior of both the agent and his manager. I also didn’t understand why they were refusing to terminate the buyer-representative agreement and why they were holding me hostage to their terrible and substandard services. They are wasting a lot of my valuable time.
I am writing this complaint requesting that the better business bureau office contact this company’s manager and end the suffering they are inflicting on me and possibly future customers."
