Claimant says:
"On September 24, 2019 I ordered two magazines from a student earning points for her education. I ordered PBS Watch for my grandchildren for a Christmas gift. They never received it. I also ordered a Travel magazine for myself which never arrived. The total of these two purchases was $118.00. I found no phone number on my receipt so I went to their web site and wrote a message. I told them I would report them to my entire neighborhood and beyond through Nextdoor, a communication method we use for just such instances. I hope to receive my money back. That does not solve the disappointment for my grandchildren who now have had to wait for their gift."
