Claimant says:
"Charged $135 for 2 magazine subscriptions for only 12 months and did not feel right about the transaction.  I sent in the cancellation within the allowed 3 day period and was still charged for the subscriptions.  I received the envelope I mailed out back saying it was undeliverable as addressed even though that was the address provided on the cancellation form."

  • 07-29-2017 — Solicitor came to my home and I gave check for 2 magazine subscriptions
  • 07-31-2017 — I mailed cancellation request out
  • 08-11-2017 — Emailed customer service email address provided on cancellation form and explained that I had mailed my cancellation but was still charged. The same day I received a response from Joseph Castro apologizing for the inconvenience and saying the funds would refunded to me. I then sent an email asking how they would be refunded and have had radio silence ever since.
  • 08-12-2017 — Envelope containing cancellation request was returned by mail to me for address being undeliverable even though that was the address provided on the cancellation form
