Claimant says:
"Late in June of this year, I have hired Clearwater Pool supply Company to replace my pool liner. The liner was replaced early July while we were out of town. ( I have asked not to work on it until We come back from vacation). They replaced it any way.
As the pool was filled with water, we noticed the water level was going down below the Skimmer. And the bottom of the Pool was full of wrinkles, and hills and valleys. Also the top liner was lose in a couple of places above the jets. Then I called the office and shared my concerns and asked them to call me and not to go to the house unless I am there. They did not listen and came in and fixed the leak. As far as the wrinkles, the Manager said, We will get it fixed.
Waited a few weeks and nothing happened.
Whenever the Kids went swimming, they indicated that the bottom is very wavy, wrinkly, and there are Dips in some areas and it is not as smooth as the original one. Also, when I brush or vacuum the pool. It is so difficult to vacuum and keep the brush from hitting these hills and valleys. The wrinkles are very noticeable when looking from the top.
Weeks went by and no one from the Clearwater office called to check or even to collect the balance I Owe.
Early last week, I have received a bill of $1300.
I have mentioned to them before that I will pay you when you fix the pool, and they have yet to do anything about it. I do not believe I should pay the balance until the pool is fixed and wrinkles free. Also the rim of the liner still loose and poorly done."
