Claimant says:
"I bought a 2300 sqf house from Cavco was delivered and set up. The flooring had air bubbles under the linoleum, their way of fixing some of these bubbles were to cut, let air out and glue back down. The carpet, had a hole in the carpet in one bed room, at first their reply to that was, it's ok it's just the bed room. Every room in the house has debris under the carpet. when I first moved in I stepped on a screw under the carpet.
Nail heads on siding exposed, not even covered with calk, The siding has scratches and nicks all over it, I just would like to know how long the siding will last not being calked and all the flaws in it not being protected by paint or stain.
Some of the siding is loose, the butts are not calked and the ones that are have holes and skipped spots in the calk.
As far as the electrical work, hard to explain, they did nothing to correct the electrical, until a state housing inspector show up and made them, ( check every light switch and receptacle).
There is a 45 degree corner in the living room, when I went in the first time this corner had a 3/4" gap, their way of fixing this was to take the trim off and move the two pieces of trim closer together, doing nothing with the framing.
The AC duct was not connected to both sides of the house. The fire place was not installed correctly.
I could go on and on about issues with this pile of junk I have purchased. They have corrected some of the issues I pointed out above. And there were many more issues. My house was delivered back in May or June and it is now December, the siding is still not right. This has looked like a used house from day one and still does. I purchased a new home that's not what I got.

They have since told me they were going to do nothing about the siding or the debris under the carpet. what is my next step in getting what I have paid for."
