"I was giving a house tile repair proposal with all material and labor included with sum total of $2,995.00. the problem is, that I was told that chad would pick up the check the next day. However, I waited at home all day on 3/31/16 and all day 4/01/16 no call. so I call chad several time no response . so on 4/2/16 I call and stated that I put the check in the mail of the contract amount as stated above. on sat. 4/1/16 I the bill in additional of 1,118.00 for wood repair. I was very upset and this was and mistake when I watch the hold job because I had repair the roof myself one month prior and needed a few peaces of wood that they replaced. so on monday 4/4/16 at 5:41pm Chad call me with with an abrupt attitude and who am I to questing their services .I state Chad what I am saying i watch and talked to the gus and saw what they took of and put on and took picture of it . I indicated that the few peaces of wood that over the kitchen where the leak were. and a few peace over the eve. which did not need and 20 ft face board. so I so indicate to him That I would offer him 200.00 to solve the because of my neighbor referral Chad insulted me, and said no he counted the that taken off the truck that evening that is how he calculate the amount wood that use after you lead person say they had another job to do that evening and took soon wood with them and they were going to work until dark. that is when he start screening. and stated that he would take me to court. and I stated I quest I will see in court because I not going to pay the additional 1,118.00 for wood repair when i watch and witness the amount used and got the price of the total square footage of for areas ."

  • I have my neighbors that witness the process. i also have Mr. sam Bollia who referred me and who also had the area of his house done which larger with more work than my house for $1900.00. and he will testify on my behalf.

Message from Cassady Roofing, Inc (Santa Fe Springs, Ca ): The contract CLEARLY STATED that Wood Repair was an extra cost. This was agreed to by the owner and now he is trying to get out of paying it. I feel like he is trying to cheat us!!! An offer of $200.00 does not even cover the cost of the wood that we used. We have receipts to prove what we spent on wood and the labor we spent to repair the wood.
