Claimant says:
"Contractor named Carlos Matos draw out by tricks $705.00 for permit to installate ceramic floor in my small badroom apartment in Point East /Senior Citizen Complext/. I resigned from his service at the same day when I find out that permit cost only from $40 to $130. In Chase Bank I stopped the payment to Aventura City $130 but Carlos Matos cashed my check of $570. After my complain to Mr Daniel Vuelta-Supervisor of Contractor Licensing Enforcement in Miami Dade County, Carlos Matos refund to me only $200.00
I request to refund to me still $375 and to punish him as unhonest contractor who wanted charched me for service $600, plus $705.00 for permit. This is deceiving of poor retired people in Florida. I state that I didn't signed any contract with Carlos Matos- the owner of C.M. Home Improvement, CK. After requesting the money he invided my house and threat me."
