Denise O. says: I used him a year ago or so, do not usually post but still think the public needs to know HE WAS HORRIFIC! If I could rate him a negative 10 I would. Incompetent, Rude, a Lair, destroyed almost every thing he touch plus.... not enough negative words to describe him. I would Not recommend him to my worst enemy!

Henryk S. says: He is not honest person. He still owed to me $400. 00. For permit installation of small floor in my bedroom he took from me $700.00 This is deceive. The City Hall charge only $30.00 - $130.00 for permit. Carlos Matos grabbed my retired money.
