Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"my 84 year old mother who has kidney cancer and a little dementia called caribbean cruise line and booked a trip that she did not know she was booking. It was a caribbean cruise line mailed promo. She called the cruise line and tried to cancel and they would not give her money back. She was charged $800 and they were going to credit $400. There is no cancellation clause in their operation."
