"I have had an awful experience with Michelle McCarthy, and Broadspire in general. I am sure being a woker's compensation insurance company most of them attempt to pay as little as possible, but they have gone above and beyond trying to pay little. They have downright denied medical claims by 3rd part doctors, refused to pay what they said I deserve (over 6 months of backpay unreceived 2 years later), and refuse to give me information pertaining to my own case."
