Claimant says:
"Ordered Veneers through company called Brighter Image, The Park Building, 2433 South University Drive, Fort Worth TX. 76109, 1-817-207-8200. Even though the type of order process I chose indicated that it could take awhile before they would be able to achieve a perfect fit for me, I think 10 1/2 months is over doing it. They cannot produce a set of veneers that successfully fit my teeth and they will not refund my money of over $1,200.00. This is especially aggravating to me because I just saw an add on T. V . this morning about a company called clear choice that can have a set of veneers completed in one days visit. Brighter Image is not a company to be trusted and they do not live up to their claims."

  • Unfortunately, this does seem to be a common complaint about this particular company, after researching this issue. Because this can fall under the category of a consumer dispute or complaint, if you have had no luck getting any resolution from the company itself, you should contact your Attorney General’s office to request an investigation and file a complaint. Include any communications you have had with this particular company to assist in this complaint, and hopefully that office can assist you in following through with an investigation and perhaps obtaining some form of refund.
