"WE NOW HAVE HAD THREE MAJOR LEAKS UNDER OUR SLAB. MR.BRANSON, TOLD THE BBB THAT WE WERE MONEY HUNGRY, AS HAD A PROBLEM WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT THE HOUSE. OUR FRIG. DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AS TO CLOSE TO THE WALL. HE PAID US $1.200.00 FOR THAT PROBLEM. THEN THE LEAKS UNDER THE SLAB JUST KEEP COMING. COST US MORE THAN OUR INSURANCE WOULD PAY. OF COURSE THE BBB TOOK HIS SIDE AND WE DIDN'T GET ANY WHERE WITH HIM. I DO HAVE TO SAY ON THE LAST LEAK, I DECIDED TO CALL THEM. A NICE LADY SAID SHE HAD BOUGHT THE BUSINESS. SHE SENT US $3000.00, AND SAID ER GET NO MORE. IT HELPED, BUT STILL BEHIND ON ALL OUR SLAB LEAKS. DIANA ODNEAL"

  • I KNOW THIS ISN'T NICE, SINCE YOU GAVE US $3000.00. MY REASON IS WE STILL WENT IN THE HOLE WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL HAPPEN FOR THE 4TH TIME, AND IT WILL. WE HAVE REPLACED OUR CARPET TWO TIME, THE LAST TIME IT WAS JUST THE LIVING ROOM, AND IT DOESN'T MATCH THE REST OF THE ROOMS. CARPET CHANGES, SO THEY TELL US. IT LOOKS UGLY. MY PROBLEM IS WITH BILL, HE THOUGHT WE WERE MONEY HUNGRY, WITCH IS NOT TRUE. SORRY, BUT I HAD TO DO THIS. DIANA ODNEAL

  • I CAN'T HELP BUT FEEL OUR COMPANY IS BEING CYBER-BULLIED ON THIS. THE HOME IN QUESTION IS YEARS OUT OF WARRANTY. WE HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS NECESSARY. THE CUSTOMER MADE A MISTAKE ON THE REFRIDGERATOR...WE PAID FOR IT. YEARS AFTER THE HOME WARRANTY HAD ENDED, AND I PURCHASED THE COMPANY, I GAVE THE O'DNEALS $3,000 TO GO TOWARD RUNNING NEW PLUMBING ABOVE THE SLAB TO PREVENT ANY MORE LEAK ISSUES. I RECIEVED A VERY SWEET THANK YOU FROM DIANA (WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED), BUT THEN MY COMPANY IS DEFACED ONLINE. I WAS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO GIVE ANY MONIES TO THE O'DNEALS, I DID THIS AS A GESTURE. MY NAME IN MY COMMUNITY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE. NO MATTER WHAT WE HAVE DONE, IT'S NEVER ENOUGH FOR THE O'DNEALS. I FEEL THIS CLAIM IS NOW BORDERING ON SLANDER AND HAS BEEN MADE MALICIOUSLY TO "PUNISH" THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND TARNISH THE NAME OF MY COMPANY.
