Claimant says:
"My son Andrew Schillinger ordered a phone case from The Blue Outlet Mall on line and has a order confirmation email. They charged his debit card on 9/18/12 for $43.94. He never received the case and has left an email over a week age with no reply from them. I have left 2 phone messages with his and my cell phone number with no reply. The phone number on the bank statement is (646)389-3743 for the Blue Outlet Mall.."

  • Sadly add me to the list aswell they scammed me for 45.00 for a bottle of dolce gabbana perfume that was nov 30th 2012 tried to call them 5 times no response bad place !:(

  • They got me in December too. Contacted the BBB and they got nowhere. Credit card company got nowhere either. I took another , more interesting, path. I contacted Shame Shame Shame with Arnold Diaz on Fox news. Might be good if they hear from us all!

  • I am going through the same problem. I filed a claim with the Attorney General's Office in New York. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission as well. I am awaiting a reply.

  • Suggest contacting bank of credit card (if used in transaction) and claiming internet fraud. Second, cancel credit card and have new one issued. Thirdly, contact BBB New York

  • I have the same problem. I placed an order with Blue Outlet on Dec. 1, payment cleared my bank on the Dec. 4th. That is the last I've heard from this horrible company. I've tried emailing them and all I get is a canned/generic message. I plan to contact the Better Business bureau as soon as I post this message.

  • Same exact problem. Ordered phone case on Nov. 16th. Charrged my card and said it was shipped. It is now Dec. 17th no product and no response from Blueoutlet after numerous emails and phone calls. How do I file the same claim???
