  • "I purchased a Laptop computer on 4/29/10 from Best Buy with full coverage so no matter what might happen to it they would replace or repair it. I took the laptop to be fixed or replaced the screen was cracked. They told me it was not covered and didn't honor the agreement that I was given when when I paid for that extra coverage.

    They said I was not charged the right fee for the full coverage but I have the written bill paper by the Geek Squad and it plainly states that is what it was to be and they said who ever rang up the bill must of entered the wrong code so I am at lost and I do not get any repair or replacement. I bought this in good faith that I paid for that coverage and on the reciept its just has numbers and letters so I am not able to tell the difference, but on the paper for the computor set up it plainly states that I was getting the full coverage!"

    I just want it to be repaired or replaced as it should be!"
